A wonderful hike...

A wonderful hike through the Soonwald in the Hunsrück! In the middle of the forest we went up to the Schanzerkopf, where we were rewarded with a wide view over the Hunsrückland. After the descent, we reached the Kloppwiesen nature reserve and hiked along an old railway line. So perfect for a few photos and a little snack. On the last section we passed the Rheinböllerhütte, which processed the iron ores from Argenthal. The dog also needs a little cultural education😂. After 18 km, her feet were flat and Inja slurped into the car on her last socks.
